PortfolioGauge for GoHighLevel: one dashboard for every client sub-account
Stop logging into each GoHighLevel sub-account separately. See leads, pipeline, and revenue rolled up across all your agency's clients in one place — without upgrading your whole account to get one report.

We're building it. This page collects an early-access list so we can tell people who are
genuinely blocked by this gap when (and whether) it ships. Joining does not create an
account, start a trial, or charge you anything.

What it will do
- One login, one dashboard: leads, pipeline value, and revenue rolled up across every sub-account your agency manages in GoHighLevel.
- Read-only — connects to your sub-accounts via the GoHighLevel API, doesn't change anything inside your GHL setup.
- Built for agencies running 3-20 client sub-accounts on GoHighLevel's Unlimited plan.
What it won't do at launch — honestly
- No white-label, client-facing report exports in the first version — it's an internal agency-owner view.
- No custom report builder yet — a fixed set of rollup metrics (leads, pipeline, revenue), not a general BI tool.
- No ability to edit or act on anything inside your GHL sub-accounts — read-only reporting only.
- Requires you to grant read-only API access per sub-account; there's a short setup step, not instant.
Why this exists
GoHighLevel's own cross-sub-account "Agency Rolled Up Reporting" feature is included on
the $497/month SaaS Pro plan, but not on the $297/month Unlimited plan — the plan most
agencies running a handful of client sub-accounts are actually on. (Checked on
gohighlevel.com/pricing and help.gohighlevel.com, August 2026 — GoHighLevel's own published
pricing, not a claim about what they should charge.) PortfolioGauge is a smaller, standalone tool
for agencies who want that one report without adopting the rest of the Pro tier.
$197 / month, intended launch price
